2020年度第一回英検結果について

2020年度第一回英検の塾生受験結果が出揃いましたので、ご紹介いたします。

今回の準１級・２級受験生は、全員が前回合格からの連続受験ということもあり、全体的に力不足の結果でした。準２級→２級、２級→準１級と級が上がるにつれハードルは高くなりますから、当然といえば当然です。その中で唯一高１生が２級に高スコアで合格しましたので、本人のライティング解答を参考までに掲載しておきます。

今回のTOPIC は、

“People around the world live longer lives than they did in the past. Do you think people will live even longer lives in the future?” でした。

本人の解答（試験後の再現 / 原文のまま）

“No, I don’t think so. I have two reasons. First, in developing countries, it is difficult for people to take good care. They can be killed in diseases. Second, there are some countries which are in the war. Many lives are robbed in such countries. In conclusion, I don’t think people will live even longer lives in the future.”

この解答で素点は15 / 16, スコアは638 / 650 でした。

今回の不合格生は、１０月の再挑戦に期待したいと思います。
